Terms and Conditions

By submitting an order with Summit Sport, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Submission

Submitting an order request does not constitute acceptance of the order. Summit Sport will review all submitted information and provide a quotation and artwork proof before production begins.

2. Artwork & Design Approval

Production will only begin after the customer has:

• Approved the final artwork proof in writing or through the Summit Sport approval process.
• Confirmed all player names, jersey numbers, sizes, colors, logos, and design details.
• Once artwork has been approved, the customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of all approved information.

3. Customer-Supplied Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded logos, artwork, rosters, and design files are accurate and of suitable quality. By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials provided. Summit Sport is not responsible for copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer-supplied content.

4. Changes to Orders

Changes requested before artwork approval may be accommodated where possible.

Changes requested after artwork approval or once production has commenced may:

• Result in additional charges.
• Extend production timelines.
• Require cancellation and replacement of affected items.

5. Production Timeline

Estimated production timelines begin only after:

• Final artwork approval.
• Receipt of all required information.
• Confirmation of payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
• Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, shipping delays, customs clearance, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond Summit Sport's control.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid before collection.
• Late payments may delay production or delivery.

7. Product Variations

Because products are custom manufactured, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, stitching, and print alignment may occur. These minor variations are considered acceptable within industry manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Custom-made products are manufactured specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
• Approved spelling, numbering, or roster errors.
• Changes in customer preference after production.

If Summit Sport is responsible for a manufacturing defect or production error that differs from the approved artwork, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the affected items.

9. Inspection of Goods

Customers should inspect their order upon receipt and notify Summit Sport of any manufacturing defects or order discrepancies within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or collection. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs, templates, mockups, and creative concepts developed by Summit Sport remain the intellectual property of Summit Sport unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-owned logos, trademarks, and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Privacy

Customer information and uploaded files will be used solely for processing orders, communicating with customers, and providing support. Summit Sport will not sell or disclose customer information to third parties except where required to fulfill the order or by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Summit Sport's liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the affected products. Summit Sport shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products or delays beyond its reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

The laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana shall govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guyana.
